Shipping charges are calculated by the speed of the shipping option you chose along with the weight of the items. In the checkout process, you can review the shipping options and rates prior to placing your order. All options that appear are available for your location.
We ship all orders through Canada Post and tracking is available for all shipping methods unless otherwise specified. Please note that the estimated delivery times are from when your order has shipped.

You will receive an email when your order is being prepared and another email with your tracking details when you order ships.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
We appreciate and value your support. We understand that you may change your mind and what to update your order. We will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact our Client Care immediately so we can fulfill your request. Once your order changed order has been prepared, we are unable to add new items or combine separate orders. There will be a new date of shipping, due to the change in your order.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If there are any issues with your order or its delivery, please notify Client Care within 48 hours of receipt by phone or email. We take your purchases seriously and we recommend that you ask us as many questions as you’d like before you purchase an oral care ritual. Due to the energetic and consumable nature of Nirvana Dental Apothecary, all purchases are final. Every product is made to order to provide maximum quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds.
